Franklin Yard North consists of 32 apartments with 22 surface parking spaces. The apartments along Franklin Avenue will feature outdoor space, and those ground floor apartments having porches opening onto the sidewalk. Surface parking will be available behind the building, screened from the street by the building. Secured and conditioned bicycle parking will also be available on the ground floor. The expected timeline is for construction to begin in Spring 2024.
